Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. ground green tomatoes
    8 onions (green)
    8 peppers (green)
    1/2 handful salt
    1 qt. boiling water
    1 pt. vinegar
    1 1/2 pt. sugar
    1 glass jar mustard
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Add tomatoes, onions, peppers, salt and water together.
    Boil for 10 minutes.
    Add to that mixture the vinegar, sugar and mustard.
    Boil for 10 minutes more.
    Add cornstarch and boil 10 minutes longer.
    Makes about 8 pints.
    Can and seal.
