Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced rhubarb
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. shortening
Preparation
    Mix rhubarb, 3 tablespoons flour and sugar.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Mix brown sugar, 1 1/2 cups flour, butter and shortening with a fork.
    Crumble mixture over rhubarb mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown (30 to 40 minutes).
