Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. celery
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    16 oz. sour cream
    2 cans green chiles
    12 to 14 corn tortillas
    1 pkg. Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Cook, cool, skin and debone chicken.
    Cut or shred into small pieces.
    Saute onion, pepper and celery.
    Heat soup.
    Add sour cream and chopped chiles to soup.
    Add all ingredients thus far together.
    Mix to blend well.
