Chinese Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. sesame oil
    1/4 c. sherry
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    3 c. diced cooked chicken
    8 oz. linguine
    6 oz. frozen snow peas
    8 oz. water chestnuts, sliced
    1/2 c. cashews
    2 scallions, diced
    1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
Preparation
    Blend soy sauce, oil, sherry, honey and sugar.
    Pour 1/2 over chicken and let set 2 hours.
    Cook pasta (al dente), parcook (not all the way) the snow peas (you want them crunchy).
    Mix everything else together.
    Add cashews right before serving, they may get soggy.
