Broccoli Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    3 large eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. Cheddar, shredded
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    seasoned salt
Preparation
    Chop broccoli into small pieces and steam until slightly crisp.
    Beat eggs and milk until frothy.
    Mix flour, powder and salt. Stir into egg mixture.
    Mix well.
    Fold in broccoli, cheese and onion.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased baking pan.
    Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    May be refrigerated and reheated in microwave.
    Cut into squares.
