Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 slices bread, crust removed and cubed
    1/4 c. milk
    1 lb. chopped chuck or round steak
    1/2 lb. veal
    1/2 lb. chopped lean pork
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/3 c. flour
    1/3 c. butter
    1 c. water or bouillon
Preparation
    In a saucepan, cook the onion in the butter until straw colored.
    Put the bread cubes in a large bowl.
    Pour in the milk and the onion. Set aside until milk has been absorbed.
    Add the chopped round steak, chopped veal, chopped pork, salt, pepper, allspice, nutmeg and eggs.
    With hands, mix all the ingredients together thoroughly and shape into balls (1-inch).
    Roll balls in flour.
