Down Home Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 red Irish potatoes
    Blue Plate mayonnaise
    mustard
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. sweet salad relish
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil peeled potatoes and eggs.
    When potatoes are tender, place in large bowl, making sure not to retain any excess water. While potatoes cool, peel eggs.
    Separate egg whites, placing yellows in small bowl.
    With fork, mash yellows, adding mustard to make a creamy texture.
    Cut up egg whites and add to cooled potatoes.
    With a large spoon, chop potatoes to desired texture. Add 2 teaspoons relish and desired mayonnaise and mustard to potatoes.
    Stir well.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
