Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pie crusts
    6 eggs
    2 pkg. spinach, thawed (frozen chopped)
    1/3 c. Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
    16 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    garlic salt/powder to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Hold yolk of 1 egg for top of pie.
    Mix with 1 tablespoon water.
    Stir all other ingredients.
    Put in pie crusts and bake for 1 hour.
    Check pie and bake for 30 minutes longer.
