Pineapple Apricot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/3 c. chopped dried apricots
1/4 c. raisins
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients; set aside.
Combine sugar, butter and egg; beat well.
Add milk, pineapple, apricots and raisins; beat well.
Stir in flour mixture and pecans.
Pour mixture into a greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes in a pan on a wire rack.
Remove from pan.
Yield: 1 loaf.
