Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 c. lukewarm water
    2/3 c. cooking oil
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water; beat egg well and add to water.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Put in well-greased muffin pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown, approximately 30 minutes.
    Dough can be kept in refrigerator a few days.
    Bring to room temperature before baking.
