Shrimp Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked shrimp
    2 chopped onions
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 stalk chopped celery
    1 stick butter
    1 small can V-8 or tomato sauce
    1 tsp. dried parsley
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 boiled eggs
Preparation
    Cook shrimp by boiling in water, seasoned with salt and pepper, 15 minutes.
    Drain, peel and remove black veins.
    Melt butter in large skillet.
    Saute onions, pepper and celery.
    Add dried parsley and Italian seasoning; cook until tender.
