Dot'S Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. margarine or butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
4 c. sliced, peeled apples
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Beat in the eggs. Sift all of the dry ingredients together and gradually beat into the butter/sugar mixture.
Fold in the apples.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
