Egg Yolk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg yolks
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. water
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    oil for deep frying
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks, vanilla, salt and water together until lemon colored.
    Stir sugar into flour; mix liquid and dry ingredients together.
    Knead on a floured board until surface blisters.
    Cut to 2-inch parallelograms and slit center from longest points of dough.
    Curl back tops to slit in opposite directions.
    Fry in deep hot pot until brown.
    Makes 3 dozen.
