Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Sift flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
Beat eggs well.
Stir in shredded carrots and oil into eggs.
Add flour mixture and chopped nuts.
