Herb Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. mixed herbs
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 beaten egg
    7 oz. milk
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt, baking powder and herbs.
    Cut butter into small pieces and rub into dry ingredients.
    Stir in the sugar; add eggs to the milk and stir into mixture.
    Mix well; put into a greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
