Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cauliflower
4 to 6 slices bacon
1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Wash and separate cauliflower.
Fry bacon until crisp; drain and crumble on top of cauliflower.
To the bacon drippings, add remaining ingredients.
Mix together and pour over cauliflower and bacon.
Chill for 1/2 hour before serving.
