Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced carrots
    1 medium onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    3 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook carrots until almost tender.
    Drain and set aside.
    Chop onion and melt 3 tablespoons butter and salt.
    Add cream of celery soup, salt and pepper.
    Add around 3/4 can of water.
    Heat until warm.
    Place carrots in casserole pan.
    Pour soup mixture over. On top, add Mozzarella cheese.
    Melt 1/2 cup butter.
    Pour over bread stuffing, then put on top of Mozzarella cheese.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
