Chocolate Almond Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 (1 oz. each) bars unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped almonds
Preparation

Beat eggs until lemon colored.
Beat in sugar and oil.
Stir chocolate, vanilla and zucchini into egg mixture.
Sift flour with salt, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda.
Stir into zucchini mixture.
Add almonds.
Mix thoroughly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour in 2 well-greased loaf pans.
Turn out onto rack.
