Cocoa Teabread(Kakao Tebrod) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. cold water
    3/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa.
    Set aside.
    Cream butter and add sugar, creaming well.
    Add 1 beaten egg.
    Blend in dry ingredients.
    Chill 2 hours.
    Divide dough into 4 parts on ungreased baking sheet.
    Flatten with fork into a strip 1/4-inch thick.
    Beat 1 egg with 1 tablespoon cold water; brush lightly over strips.
    Sprinkle chopped almonds and sugar over dough.
    Bake in hot oven at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes until set. Cut in 1-inch bars and remove from baking sheet.
