Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. tomatoes
3 c. peppers (2 sweet and 1 hot)
1 c. onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 1/2 c. vinegar
3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Mix all together.
Boil to desired thickness.
Put in jars. Seal.
Pressure or cold pack for 10 minutes.
