Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked macaroni
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 stick oleo
    2/3 (1/4 lb.) bag crackers
    1 can evaporated milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in 2 quarts salted water for 6 to 8 minutes; drain.
    Cube (small) cheese and oleo.
    Crush crackers into fine crumbs.
    Mix together with evaporated milk into macaroni.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    I think pepper gives it the extra taste.
    Pour into a greased 8 to 9-inch square baking pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until brown.
