Vanilla Or Chocolate Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt
    1 3/4 c. skim milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender. Top with cover; process until smooth.
    Serve immediately.
    To make chocolate shake, use 4 1/2 cups chocolate nonfat yogurt.
    Add 1/3 cup chocolate syrup.
    Omit vanilla.
    Contains 162 calories per serving.
