Impossible Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 Tbsp. oleo or butter
1 can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spices or 1/2 tsp. each nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 9 x 1 1/4-inch or 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate.
Beat all ingredients until smooth, 1 minute in blender on high or 2 minutes with hand mixer.
Pour into pie plate and bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes.
