Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips or pieces
    1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce, reduced sodium
    2 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 1/2 cups snow peas or green beans
    1 med. red bell pepper, cut into strips (about 1 cup)
    3/4 c. sliced green onion
    1 c. broccoli
    1 med. carrot, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. slivered almonds
    1/2 c. water chestnuts
    2 c. brown rice
Preparation
    Combine 1/4 c. orange juice and cornstarch; mix well.
    Stir in chicken, cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
