Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer or hen, boiled, deboned and chopped fine
    1 doz. eggs, boiled and chopped
    1 cup chopped dill pickles
    1 cup chopped celery
    3/4 cup chopped green onion
    3/4 cup chicken broth
    mayonnaise, salt, pepper, garlic powder and hot sauce to taste
Preparation
    Mix chicken, eggs, pickles and chopped seasonings and season to taste.
    (Food processor may be used, but don't chop too fine.) Add broth and enough mayonnaise to get a spreading consistency. Allow to chill at least 2-3 hours for flavors to blend.
    Spread on sandwiches or stuff into tomatoes or scooped out cucumbers for a refreshing summer lunch.
