Roast Chicken With Herbs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken (1 1/2 to 2 lb.)
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. each: dried oregano, rosemary and sage
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0. Cut chicken in
    half. Arrange in roasting pan, skin side up. Combine butter, lemon juice, oregano, rosemary, sage, salt and pepper in a small bowl and mix well. Brush chicken with this mixture and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Then you may want to broil 6-inches from heat for 3 minutes.
