Baked Apple Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 large apples, peeled and sliced in eighths
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. quick tapioca
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. broken pecan pieces
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. quick rolled oats
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Arrange apples in greased, 2-quart casserole; sprinkle with water.
    Combine tapioca, sugar, cinnamon, raisins and pecans. Spread over apples.
    Mix oats, flour and brown sugar; cut in butter or margarine until crumbly.
    Sprinkle over apples.
