Shrimp Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of shrimp soup (frozen)
    parsley salt
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen shrimp, cooked
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. sliced, ripe olives (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add celery and green pepper; cook until soft.
    Add soup, shrimp, water and rice; heat and add olives.
    Mix and serve.
