Yum Yum Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) box trio pasta
2 lb. artificial crab meat
3 boiled eggs
4 sticks celery, chopped
4 oz. chopped pimentos
red pepper to taste
Italian salad dressing
1 onion, chopped (optional)
salt to taste (optional)

Preparation

Prepare pasta as directed on box, drain and cool.
Mix chopped eggs, celery, pimentos and onion; add to cooked pasta.
Pour Italian dressing over mixture; add pepper and salt.
Toss to coat. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Toss before serving.
