Broccoli Casserole(Serves 12 To 14) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 c. melted butter, divided
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 (4 oz.) cans chopped mushrooms, drained
    2 (6 oz.) rolls process cheese food with garlic
    2 tsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    4 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
    herb-seasoned stuffing mix (for topping)
Preparation
    Saute onions in 1/2 cup butter until tender.
    Combine everything except stuffing and pour into two lightly greased casserole dishes.
    Melt remaining 1/2 cup butter and stir into stuffing mix to use as topping.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
