Apricot Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. Quaker oats
    3/4 c. butter
    1 c. apricot jam
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and oats.
    Cut in butter until crumbly.
    Pat mixture into 9 1/2 x 13-inch pan.
    (Save some of the mixture.)
    Spread jam over bottom layer.
    Cover with remaining crumbs.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
