Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. instant rice
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook instant rice in chicken broth and water by box instructions and set aside.
    Saute bell pepper and onion in margarine, but leave crisp.
    Combine cooked rice, peppers, onions and chicken soup in casserole dish.
    Sprinkle top with shredded cheese; bake at 400\u00b0 until cheese melts.
