Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can condensed cream of celery, chicken or mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    dash of black pepper
    4 c. sliced potatoes
    1 small onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Blend soup, milk and pepper.
    Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion and sauce in a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole. Dot top with butter.
    Cover.
    Bake in a moderate oven (375\u00b0) for 1 1/2 hours.
    Uncover.
    Bake an additional 15 minutes.
