Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light; add sugar, oil and vanilla, mixing until thick.
    Add zucchini and stir.
    Sift flour and other dry ingredients.
    Add to other mixture, stirring well.
    Add nuts and lemon rind.
    Bake in greased cake pans or Bundt cake pan.
    Bake about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
