Fry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    4 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Combine eggs and milk in medium bowl.
    Stir in flour, baking powder and salt.
    Mix well.
    Turn dough out onto a floured surface.
    Roll dough to 1/4-inch thickness.
    Cut into 3-inch squares. Gently place squares a few at a time in deep hot oil (375\u00b0).
    Fry until golden brown, turning once.
    Drain on paper towels. Serve warm with butter and honey.
    Yields 2 to 2 1/2 dozen.
