Deviled Crab In Shell - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    1 small green pepper
    1 small onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. brandy
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. white sauce
    1 Tbsp. bread crumbs
Preparation
    In a saucepan, saute the green pepper which has been trimmed and finely chopped.
    Also saute the chopped onion in butter for 10 minutes.
    Stir frequently.
    Remove the pan from the heat and stir in 2 tablespoons brandy, 1 tablespoon each dry and prepared mustard, 1/2 teaspoon salt and the white sauce.
    Stir in the crab meat and bread crumbs.
    Heat over low heat.
    Stir gently.
    Spoon into shells.
    Sprinkle tops with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Brown tops under the broiler for a few minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
