Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Hudson Cream self-rising flour
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    about 3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Measure flour.
    Add shortening and cut or rub into the flour. Add the milk a little at a time.
    Mix dough.
    Roll out about 3 inches thick.
    Cut with biscuit cutter.
    Place on baking sheet and bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
