Blueberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. fresh blueberries
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 sticks margarine
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Grease and flour 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon together. Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs, bananas and sour cream. Beat until blended. Gradually beat in dry ingredients at low speed. Beat until smooth. Fold in berries and pecans. Bake approximately 1 hour. Test for doneness before an hour. Use sharp knife or toothpick.
