Chicken Thighs With Honey Basil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 chicken thighs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    freshly ground black pepper
    2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
    1 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. honey
    4 Tbsp. chicken stock (instant or cube)
    4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
    40 fresh basil leaves
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cut a piece of aluminum foil 1/2 square foot for each thigh.
    Sprinkle the thighs with salt and pepper. In a skillet heat the oil and butter over medium heat.
    Brown the thighs for about 2 minutes on each side.
    Put a thigh in the middle of each foil square.
    Dissolve the honey in the warm chicken stock and drizzle the mixture equally over each thigh. Lay one-eighth of the garlic slices on each thigh.
    Cover with a loose layer of the basil leaves and wrap the foil snugly over top.
