Beef Baked In Foil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 3 1/2 lb. boneless chuck (2 1/2-inches thick)
    1/4 c. water
    10 1/2 oz. condensed golden mushroom soup
    2 to 4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Trim fat from meat; place on large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Pour soup over meat. Bring 2 long ends of foil loosely up over meat and double fold. Turn up other sides and double fold. Place in baking dish. Cook for 3 hours in oven at 325\u00b0 or until tender.
