40 saltine crackers (1 stack)
1 c. butter (no substitute)
1 c. brown sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place a layer of aluminum foil in an 11 x 16 x 1-inch pan; arrange a single layer of crackers over foil. Combine butter and brown sugar in a saucepan; bring to a boil and boil 3 minutes.
Pour over crackers.
Bake for 5 minutes, or until crackers float.
Remove from the oven; sprinkle with chocolate chips over the top.
When chips have melted, spread.
Sprinkle nuts on top.
