Brownie Chocolate Chip Cheesecake - cooking recipe

1 (19.8 - 21.5 oz) pkg. brownie mix
1 c. walnuts
3 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chocolate chips, mini
1 tsp. flour
1 can chocolate frosting
1 Cool Whip
chocolate syrup
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
Line the bottom of the 9 inch spring form pan with wax paper.
Prepare the brownie mix as for chewy brownies.
Bake for 35 minutes or until set.
