Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen creamed spinach
    dash of nutmeg
    4 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Defrost creamed spinach by boiling 6 minutes.
    Season with nutmeg.
    Beat egg whites stiff with cream of tartar.
    Fold carefully into spinach and bake in a 1-quart souffle dish in a moderate oven (350\u00b0) until mixture is well puffed, about 30 minutes.
    Serves 4.
