Low-Fat Apple Spice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 3/4 c. applesauce
    1 1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1/2 c. cholesterol free egg substitute
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. raisins
    Quick Yogurt Glaze
Preparation
    In a large bowl mix first eight ingredients.
    Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan or 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Makes 24 servings.
