Surprise Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. white granulated sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 small bag semi-sweet morsels
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa (optional)
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

In one bowl beat cream cheese, egg, sugar and 1/8 teaspoon salt.
Add semi-sweet morsels.
In a separate bowl beat flour, sugar, cocoa, soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt, water, oil and vinegar. Fill muffin cup 1/3 full with second bowl and top with 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with sugar on top (optional) and almonds (optional).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
