Ingredients

1 c. cooked rice
1 c. milk
2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
pinch of salt
1/4 c. raisins
nutmeg
Preparation

Combine rice, milk, sugar, salt, margarine and raisins.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens (about 20 minutes).
Stir in vanilla.
Makes 2 servings.
(I usually double the recipe.)
Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
Chill.
