Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless pork chops
    4 potatoes, thinly sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can celery soup
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown pork chops on both sides.
    In a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish, arrange potato slices.
    Place browned pork chops over potatoes.
    Combine soups, milk, onion, salt and pepper; mix well and cover pork chops.
    Sprinkle cheese over top.
    Cover; bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until pork chops are tender.
