Shrimp Fettuccini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. peeled shrimp
    1 stick butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    1 rib celery
    1 pod garlic
    1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. flour
    1 small box Velveeta cheese
    1 c. half and half noodles (1/2 pkg.)
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in butter for 15 minutes, covered.
    Add flour and cook 10 minutes.
    Add shrimp and cook 15 minutes.
    Add 1/2 Velveeta cheese (chopped) and cook until melted.
    Add jalapeno pepper and cook 10 minutes.
    Add half and half and cook until heated.
    Season to taste.
    Boil noodles and add to shrimp mixture. Put in a large, well greased casserole.
    Top with rest of Velveeta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts and is bubbly.
