Spaghetti Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 c. parsley flakes
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 to 2 1/2 lb. chicken
1 (30 oz.) jar Prego
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Beat egg in bowl.
Mix crumbs, flakes and Parmesan cheese in separate bowl.
Dip chicken in egg.
Then in mix.
Arrange chicken over Prego sauce in baking dish.
Spoon some sauce over chicken. Bake covered for 1
hour at 400\u00b0.
Top with Mozzarella cheese and bake uncovered until cheese is melted.
Serve with spaghetti noodles.
