Burrito Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 flour tortillas
    approximately 2 lb. carne adovada (red chile pork meat)
    2 c. guacamole
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. sour cream
    1/2 finely chopped onion
    1 head lettuce
    2 medium, chopped tomatoes
Preparation
    Warm tortillas on grill or in a skillet until slightly browned. Cook meat until done in skillet.
    Spoon approximately 2 tablespoons meat into tortilla.
    Add a heaping teaspoon of sour cream and guacamole inside tortilla.
    Pour about 2 tablespoons red chile sauce over the folded stuffed tortilla.
    Sprinkle lettuce, tomatoes, onion and cheese over red chile sauce.
